The fastest way to get help is to ask George directly. Open your browser to george.local and type your question. George can help with most things — connecting to email, creating documents, understanding errors, and general troubleshooting.
If George can't solve it, text George from your iPhone and say "I need help from the team." We'll get your message and respond within the hour during business hours.
For anything else — billing questions, shipping updates, returns, or technical issues — email us at hello@mygeorge.com.au. Real answers from real people, usually within the hour.
Update your payment method, view invoices, or manage your subscription from your account page.
George works best on ethernet. Plug the included ethernet cable from your router to the back of George. If you need Wi-Fi, open george.local in your browser and go to Menu > Connections > Wi-Fi.
Make sure George is plugged in and the green light on the back is on. Both your computer and George need to be on the same network. Try typing http://george.local in your address bar. If that doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.
Open george.local, tap the menu icon (top right), then tap Connections > Google. Sign in with the same Google account you use for email. George will have access to your Gmail and calendar within a few minutes.
Open george.local, tap the menu icon, then Connections > Xero. Sign in with your Xero account. George will be able to read your invoices, bills, and financial data — all processed privately on your desk.
