By purchasing a George or George Studio from MyGeorge ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. MyGeorge is operated by MyGeorge Pty Ltd, ABN pending, Melbourne, Australia. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use our products.
We sell two products:
Both products include the first month of subscription at no additional charge.
The hardware (Mac Mini or Mac Studio) is yours to keep. It is covered by Apple's standard warranty. We do not provide hardware warranty beyond what Apple offers. If there is a hardware fault, contact Apple Support directly or visit an Apple Store.
The monthly subscription includes:
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase. The first month is included with your hardware purchase. Subsequent months are billed automatically via the payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, George will continue to work with the AI and skills it currently has. You will not receive further updates or support. You may restart your subscription at any time.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To return your George:
George must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal wear is fine — we are not looking for reasons to refuse returns.
We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is included in the purchase price. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information by email.
All data processed by George stays on your George hardware. We have no access to your conversations, documents, emails, or files. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we do and do not collect.
Skills (the instructions that tell George how to create quotes, chase invoices, prepare morning briefings, etc.) are hosted on our servers and require an active subscription to access. George downloads skill definitions daily. If your subscription lapses, cached skills will continue to work for 30 days. After 30 days, George reverts to basic chat functionality (questions, conversations, document reading, image understanding) which always works regardless of subscription status.
You may trade in your George for a George Studio at any time. Contact us at hello@mygeorge.com.au for a trade-in quote. We will transfer your files and settings to the new unit.
George is provided for lawful personal and business use. You are responsible for how you use George and the content you create. We do not monitor your usage as we have no access to your data.
George is an AI assistant. While George aims to be helpful and accurate, AI can make mistakes. You should not rely on George for legal, financial, medical, or tax advice without verifying with a qualified professional. We are not liable for any decisions made based on George's output. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the product.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the subscription service after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available at mygeorge.com.au/terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
